While he is well known for his brilliance in real estate, Aby is also committed to philanthropic work, especially those which benefit children. His community activities include Israel Bonds, UJA Federation, Mount Sinai Children's Foundation, Real Estate Council of Carnegie Hall, Grand Central Partnership District Management Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC and The Jeffrey Modell Foundation.
